THURSDAY — JULY 5: DAY - Hospitality Room will open (approx. 9:00 am). Sign-in, get acquainted, sign-up for activities (DQS Banquet & etc). View videos, visit, continue setting up displays & etc. An opportunity to visit downtown Paducah and check out the many historic markers located there. We may add an opportunity or two — group or individual. Product sales will be open.

EVENING — Executive Board will meet. Chinese Auction Bidding will start. 1/2 Pot Drawing.
Product Sales will be open.

FRIDAY — JULY 6: MORNING — At 9:00 am, we will meet in the hotel lobby, near former Vice-President Alben Barley’s carriage, for tours and activities hosted by the red-coated Paducah Ambassadors. We will tour the riverfront & muralled floodwall to learn about Paducah’s history.

At approx.10:00 am, the ladies will tour the National Quilt Museum and then proceed to King’s Quilting Studio, where after a talk by Sara Newbergling, an internationally known quilter, hands-on opportunities will be available. This activity should end by noon.

At approx. 10:00 am, the men will divide into 2 groups with one visiting the Center for Maritime Education (training for river navigation) while the other tours Turner Publishing (specializing in printing military books). Around 11:00, these groups will switch sites. Activity ends about noon.

You may lunch downtown or return to the hotel for lunch.

AFTERNOON — Free time - visit, view videos, look at scrapbooks & etc. You may decide to visit sites and shops in Paducah (info. will be available). An added activity is possible. Some Product Sales time will be available.

EVENING — We will have an opportunity to enjoy a ‘Downtown Dine Around’. Participating restaurants will offer discounts and/or specials to DQS Reunion attendees. *You must wear your nametag to participate in these offers. Limited Product Sales opportunity. Chinese Auction Bidding will continue. 1/2 Pot Drawing. Visiting & etc. DQS Candlelight Memorial Service (Time & Location — TBA)

SATURDAY — JULY 7: DAY — DQS Annual Business Meeting at approx. 9:00 am. Possibly, very limited Product Sales opportunity.

12:00 noon — DQS Banquet Room opens with cash bar available. We plan on beginning to eat around 1:00 pm. DQS Program will follow immediately — entertainment is possible. *A Photo opportunity will be scheduled for sometime during this day.

EVENING — Paducah holds "Downtown After Dinner" on Saturday nights (7-10 pm) with free live music and entertainment at various streetcorner/streetside locations. Enjoy as you wish.

1/2 Pot Drawing. Final Chinese Auction Bidding & Winner Selection. Limited ‘Last Call’ for Product Sales. We have an opportunity to possibly hold a dance (without splitting up the reunion group) and are pursuing doing so at this time. (We are keeping those who have expressed the desire to ‘hold your partner’ when dancing in mind.) Visiting & etc will continue.

SUNDAY _ JULY 8: MORNING — DQS Departure/Church Service (TBA)
