The Chinese Auction and the _ Pot Drawings in DC were our best ever! The Chinese Auction, alone, contributed more to fund DQS Operations than the 2 together had ever done in the past! Our grateful thanks to all who contributed to this success! Whether you contributed items, bid on items or purchased _ Pot tickets — you were a part of this success ($800+)! THANKS!!
Let us not forget the hard-working, dedicated ladies who have primary responsibility for these events. What a job they do! They get better every year! Ladies — with humble hearts we offer our THANKS! It’s all about TEAMWORK and our ladies do us proud!

DUE TO A HARD DRIVE CRASH AND A COUPLE OF E-MAIL CRASHES, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO INCLUDE TAPS (a listing of DQS members who have passed on or who had passed on before we were able to make contact with their family members) IN THIS ISSUE. WE ARE SADDENED BY THIS AND ASK THAT ANYONE WHO HAD SENT INFORMATION ABOUT A DECEASED DQS BROTHER IN THE PAST YEAR TO PLEASE RESUBMIT THIS SO THAT WE CAN HONOR THEM IN THE FUTURE. WE DON'T WANT TO LEAVE ANYONE OUT. THEY WILL BE MISSED AND THEY WILL REMAIN IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER!
