A Military Expo will be held the 27^th and 28^th and the Ft Snelling Museum which has an M-42 Duster, Tanks, Artillery pieces and many other military vehicles. Historic Ft Snelling and others (Confederate Air Force and etc) are a part of this Expo. DQS will attend the Expo on Saturday the 27^th as a group. Many will want to return on Sunday the 28^th. Therefore, we are suggesting that those who can plan on staying until Monday the 29^th.
(DQS will retain the function areas at the hotel through the 28^th).
 

The Hotel will attempt to place as many DQS attendees as possible facing the Court-yard, which is the area where DQS functions will be located. This area contains a mixture of 30 Standard, 15 2-bed and 10 1-bed (w/couch) Queen and 20 King Rooms that the hotel is holding for us. Please consider this when making your room selection. The Queen rate compares very favorably to Standard rates at other sites.
