The National Dusters Quads & Searchlights Association is very pleased to make this addition to this fine site which honors DQS MoH recipient Mitchell Stout and other Tennessee MoH recipients.
While there are buildings and other sites named for and honoring Mitchell: at Ft Bliss in Texas, at Ft Lewis in Washington, at Ft Knox in Kentucky and at other locations. There is not a more fitting place for us, the National Dusters Quads & Searchlights Association, to place our contribution to his honor than here Mitch's home ground. Here is where his character and values were formed; here is home to Mitch - both then and now and here is where those who knew and loved Mitch are and call 'home'. Here near this beautiful-site is Mitch's final resting place. And HERE is where we choose to honor his actions, his deeds and his memory.
We of the National Dusters Quads & Searchlights Association are indeed honored to have this opportunity to share our pride and admiration for one of Tennessee's native sons, who thought that 'Maybe he could help somebody'.
