Well let me add in that "we" here in Arizona have a "winter storm warning"! With snow, maybe in Tucson. Its cold.. its snowing on the mountains, Mt. Lemon ski area just 28 miles north of Tucson on the Mts. to the north, now has a 65"+ ski base. Other side of this, temp prediction for Sunday - 71 degrees with sun. Gem & Mineral Show in full swing, folks from all over the world here doing the Rock thing.

sounds about right. my first trip to the area, ft. huchuca(sp?) was in early '84 (as i recall). drove through a white-out in oklahoma and snow in huchuca(sp?). guess it's o.k., always rains when i go to alburqurque(sp?).

p.s. did i forget to mention we got a lot less snow than was predicted. 'course did get an earthquake (north central illinois) we felt in chicagoland. wann'a trade?
