Subject: TROUBLE AT TURNER PUBLISHING


Well, the book saga continues.

After being told our books were ready and we completed payment, we find out that the printers that Turner used to print our book, screwed up the binding (pages out of sequence). And not only our book, several other customers books too.

Turner is still trying to assess what was screwed up and how long it will take to get a new printing.

This was totally unexpected. Turner is embarassed about the mess-up but can't undo what was done. We may have to just reprint and bind the book again.

As of this moment, I am not sure when we will get our books. Certainly it will take a few weeks to straighten things out.

We should be able to meet the pre-Christmas shipping dates but I am not sure about Vets Day.

Thanks to everyone that recently ordered books. you will get them just as soon as we get them.

We will update you a soon as we get any news.
