In my efforts to find information on skin cancers I stumbled upon a new web site. It is written by a retired Vietnam vet who retired from the VA as a rating specialist. My local VA rep said he had not seen it or heard of it but was impressed. Thought some of you might like to check it out! It is by Raymond Gustavson from VietNow National Magazine. The web site is www.vietnow.com/pagesvaret/agent.htm. The article is written plain and simple to understand. The guy does not defend the VA nor does he beat on them. I got new hope and insight from his article. He is also writing a book to aid on claims. Lots of luck!!!Welcome home brothers!!!
