That I couldn't tell you. all I know is I read an artical on the internet last summer an checked with my county veterans office,and they said the artical was right.so I took my mother -in -law to her county VA rep in Aug an this past monday she got conformation that she was to get compensation of a little over 1000.00 a month. I think that is pretty good for a 90 year old widow
